Role Summary:

As the Brand and Marketing Strategy Manager, you will spearhead our branding and marketing efforts to amplify our presence and influence within the venture capital ecosystem. This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic insight and creativity, aimed at developing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that enhance our brand’s visibility and engagement. You will lead initiatives across digital and traditional platforms, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience of innovative entrepreneurs and industry stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Branding and Marketing Leadership: Develop a holistic branding and marketing strategy, aligning with the fund’s goals and vision.

• Comprehensive Social Media Management: Design and execute a dynamic social media strategy, creating engaging content across platforms.

• Content Creation & Brand Messaging Excellence: Produce diverse content, ensuring coherent brand messaging that effectively reaches various audiences.

• Dynamic Event Management and Participation: Identify, participate in, and leverage industry events for brand promotion and networking.

• Proactive Media Relations and Agency Collaboration: Manage media relations, serving as the primary liaison with our PR agency to enhance brand visibility.

• Data-Driven Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics to measure marketing effectiveness, guiding strategy adjustments for optimal impact.

• Cross-Functional Team Player: Engage with cross-functional teams, coordinating with portfolio companies to highlight their success stories.


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• 3-7 years of experience in branding, marketing strategy, and digital marketing, with a preference for experience in the VC, finance, or tech industry with a focus on B2B companies only.

• Proven strategic and creative marketing skills, with a track record of leading successful campaigns for B2B brands.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, and experience with analytics tools.

• Exceptional content creation, storytelling, and communication skills.

• Experience in event management and media relations for B2B companies.

• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
