Venture Capital Job – Chief Of Staff – Pivot Ventures

Pivot Ventures is a leading family office in tech venture investing in India. Over the years, we have nearly 100 early and growth stage startups, with 10 achieving unicorn status, making successful IPOs, or securing high-value exits. As we continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to join our dedicated team in Mumbai.

Qualifications and Experience:

• MBA from a top-tier institution
• 3-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting, preferably with a focus on Finance, Investor Relations, Reporting or Strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of fund finance, admin, investor relations.
• Proficient in preparing office docs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the Indian startup / VC industry would be an advantage.
• Mumbai based is mandatory.
