Job Description
We are seeking an Operations and Finance Analyst to handle and coordinate fund accounting and internal compliance-related operations.
Our ideal candidate would be:
- Passionate about the venture capital and start-up ecosystem, and interested to explore the fund accounting and compliance function; passionate about transaction structuring and related regulatory changes and compliances
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience at a Big 4 or other leading accounting firms
What your job would look like:
- Liaise between the internal team and our external stakeholders on operational and compliance related tasks
- Collaborate with the stakeholders regarding matters such as SEBI regulations, taxation, forex, internal compliance, and governance matters, etc.
- Interface with portfolio companies for MIS reporting and operations
- Handle fund performance metrics and prepare financial info for internal consumption
- Oversee LP reporting and correspondence monitoring
- Handle fund set up and GIFT City coordination for future funds
