Venture Capital Job – Investment Analyst – Anay Ventures

Looking to hire an investment analyst who is excited and wants to experience the Startup ecosystem. Know anyone who might be interested?

Education, Experience & Requirements:

* A Bachelor’s degree, ideally with 1-3 years of business experience in a venture capital firm, investment bank, or management consultancy.
* Domain knowledge in Financial Services or Emerging Technology is highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication and writing skills are essential.
* Comfortable working in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
* Demonstrated prior interest in and experience with entrepreneurship and creating value-added impact.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
* A high level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
* Capability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
* Coordinate work with other staff as needed; play a key role in coordinating staff efforts within the department.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the team to develop and refine investment strategies.
* Participate in shaping thematic investment theses and building a robust pipeline of potential investment opportunities.
* Assist in the execution of deals, including creating financial models and preparing investment memoranda.
* Contribute to due diligence efforts by reviewing business plans and conducting competitive analysis.
* Request legal documents from parties, design and maintain a filing system, and keep track of reports for senior team members.
* Open to taking on increased and/or new responsibilities at any time.
