At Eternal Capital (India), we are looking to hire an analyst/ associate to contribute to our growing investment team.
How do you know if this is the right role for you?
– You graduated recently, most likely 2023 or 2024 with a degree in business, economics, data analytics or any other numerate degree.
– You are currently working in a consulting firm or high-growth start-up in an analyst/associate/program manager capacity.
– You have a strong understanding of the VC world and are familiar with the fundamentals of private investing.
– You enjoy both discovering new topics (steep learning curve), connecting dots (contextualizing information) and solving problems (structuring answers)
– You thrive in ambiguity and believe that ownership (“the hand that goes up is the stickiest”) is earned, not given.
– You like to keep things simple but enjoy deep work and the boring grind that comes with it because it helps you deliver high-quality, zero-defect, and (possibly!) thought-provoking output/results.
– You keep on top of what is happening allowing you to identify emerging trends and technologies across sectors.
– You like people and being social to you means listening well, speaking modestly and engaging deeply.
