As a peer network of investors across the globe, we facilitate cross-border investments and have been involved in over 20+ startup deals. We are based in Bengaluru.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Associate at 888vc. The Investment Associate will be responsible for conducting Investor Relations, Investment fundraising, scouting deals, performing due diligence, analyzing investment opportunities, and managing finance-related tasks. This role will require close collaboration with the investment team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong fundraising and Investor Relations
- Experience of working with Angel Funds/VC Funds + bonus points
- LP Negotiation, negotiating Contribution Agreement,
- Fund Operations- Call/Meeting Notes, IC Memo. Term sheet Prep
- Robust Tech stack (Calendly, notion, Tracxn, LinkedIn, etc)
- Monthly/Quarterly MiS
- LP Reports, POA, Investor Contribution agreements
- Experience in conducting due diligence
- Knowledge of finance and investment principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
