What you’ll do

You’ll work directly with Partners across the entire investment journey—from thesis building to portfolio support. Your days will be varied:

1. Thesis Building: Build deep, detailed theses on sectors we’re bullish about.

2. Sourcing & Screening: Source and screen startups with a sharp, thesis-driven lens.

3. Network & Signal: Meet founders, map markets, and find signal in noisy spaces.

4. Deal Execution: Prepare investment proposals and coordinate with domain experts to build conviction. Support IC meetings, follow-ups, and deal closures.

5. Portfolio Support: Work hands-on with portfolio companies on GTM, hiring, fundraising prep, and metrics.

6. Firm Building: Help us design systems, build processes, and eventually, hire a strong team.

7. And through it all—remember to have fun!

Who you might be

1. Experience: 2-3 years in venture or top-tier consulting (ex-founder experience is a strong plus).

2. Education: Engineering + MBA background is welcome, but not mandatory.

3. Skills: Strong research and storytelling skills—comfortable zooming in and out between details and big picture.

4. Mindset: Genuinely curious about startups and technology.
