Venture Capital Job – Investment Associate – Kenro Capital

Role Description: Kenro Capital is looking to hire an Investment Associate in Mumbai. The associate will be responsible for generating investment ideas, thesis-building, financial analysis & modeling, conducting due diligence, and making investment recommendations. The role involves working closely with the partners on all key aspects of the business.

Key Filtering Criteria:

1. Experience: 2-5 years across growth investments or Investment Banking.
2. Location: Must be based in Mumbai.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
2. Experience in evaluating investments and conducting due diligence.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Relevant degree / industry certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are a plus.
