Gojo & Company, Inc., a Japanese Financial Inclusion-focused holding company, plays both the Co-GP and anchor LP role of the 1st fund. The two Partners are located in Mumbai and Bengaluru, respectively.
Key highlights of the position:
The candidate will be a founding team member of UNLEASH. We expect the founding team member to be a fully self-driving hustler while respecting teamwork.
To build a long-lasting team, we highly value people who can synchronize the company’s Vision and Mission, not only the professional skill set. This position is a path to VP and Principal, subject to performance.
Responsibilities
- Research industry and market dynamics
- Conduct modeling and financial analyses
- Participate in writing investment committee note
- Monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies
Compensation & Location
- The monthly compensation shall be market-competitive.
- The candidate can be based in Bengaluru or Mumbai.
