About Beyond Next Ventures India:
We are an early-stage venture capital firm investing in deep-tech and tech-enabled startups that address social and environmental challenges in India and beyond. We focus on healthcare, climate, agriculture, digital infrastructure, and AI. We have been actively investing in India since 2019 and are committed to further advancing our work in the country. We are soon launching a new investment fund dedicated to India and are eagerly looking for an entrepreneurial Investment Manager to be a founding member in launching this new fund.
Key Responsibilities:
-As a playing manager, execute end-to-end investment cycles
-Identify trends in target sectors and develop an investment thesis
-Generate deal flow and source investment opportunities in early-stage startups
-Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments
-Negotiate deal terms and structure investments
-Manage and contribute to portfolio companies’ growth
-Contribute to the overall strategy of the fund and participate in fundraising efforts
Requirements:
-7 to 8 years of experience in venture capital, preferably in deep-tech
-Track record of end-to-end investment cycles, including sourcing high-quality startups, leading investment rounds, and portfolio support. Exit experience is preferred.
-Entrepreneurial mindset with a prior track record of building things from zero to one
-Must have leadership/management experience
-High standards of work ethic and responsibility for investments
-Excellent collaborative skills and an open mindset for teamwork
-Willingness to contribute to fundraising efforts
