Title: Investor Relations – Management Trainee/Manager

Location: Remote/Hybrid – India (Preferred – Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore)

• Summary:

Summit Works Investment Management- An early-stage VC firm is seeking a management trainee/manager to join our team. This member will manage investor relationships and ensure that our investors receive the information and support they need to make informed investment decisions. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with LPs (Limited Partners) by providing regular updates on fund performance, investment activity, and other relevant information
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather and analyze data for investor reporting
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports for LPs
• Respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Organize and coordinate LP meetings, calls, and other events
• Manage LP onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with fundraising efforts as needed
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in investor relations

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at a venture capital firm or other financial services organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

1. Compensation: The compensation package for this role is competitive and includes a salary in the range of 12-18 LPA (Lakhs per annum) with multiple opportunities for growth.
