Venture Capital Job – Lead, Fund Accounting, Compliance, and Investment Operations – ITI Growth Opportunities Fund

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to lead fund accounting, compliance, and investment operations. The candidate should have a background in fund regulations, accounting, and compliance, along with an understanding of AIF operations. This role involves overseeing regulatory compliance, managing fund documentation, ensuring accurate reporting, and coordinating with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all SEBI regulations related to investments and reporting; manage quarterly and periodic reporting to SEBI.
2. Documentation and Compliance Management: Handle documentation and compliance processes for investee companies and investors; maintain compliance with investor and investee agreements.
3. Fund Reporting: Provide timely reports on fund progress to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
4. Accounting and Taxation: Oversee fund accounting, taxation, and compliance with related audit reports in line with IGAAP and income tax regulations.

Key Requirements:

1. CA / CS qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
2. Strong understanding of AIF regulations, IGAAP, Income Tax regulations, and the Companies Act.
3. Expertise in taxation, compliance, and audit, ideally with experience in a CA advisory firm or an AIF.
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong sense of process management.
