Job Description: We are looking for an MBA Investment Associate to join our investment team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for evaluation of post-PMF investment opportunities through on-the-ground primary research in India and Southeast Asia, conducting in-depth industry research for domestic and global markets to identify key insights, building financial models to analyse companies, and supporting the investment team in portfolio management and making strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Due Diligence:
i. Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies analyzing market dynamics, competitive
landscapes, financial statements, and other relevant factors.

ii. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the technical, operational, and legal aspects
of potential investments.

2. Financial Modeling:
i. Develop detailed financial models to assess the financial health, growth potential, and
valuation of target companies.
ii. Assist in scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support investment decision-making.

3. Market Research:
i. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide
valuable insights to the broader investment team.
ii. Conduct market research to identify potential investment sectors and opportunities.

4. Portfolio Management:
i. Support the ongoing management and monitoring of the existing portfolio, providing regular
updates on performance and key metrics.
ii. Support portfolio companies to identify growth opportunities & address challenges.

5. Reporting and Communication:
i. Prepare comprehensive memos and reports for broader team.
ii. Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and insights.

Qualifications:
1. MBA from a reputable institution
2. 1-3 years of experience in Buy side, Investment Banking or Sell side Equity Research.
3. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
6. Passion for technology, innovation, and the start-up ecosystem.
