Role Description:

As a Principal, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, spearheading due diligence efforts, and contributing to the overall growth strategy. Your responsibilities will extend to portfolio management, where you will collaborate closely with management teams to drive value and foster sustained growth.

Qualifications:

Venture Capital Expertise:

• Proven experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
• Analytical Prowess:
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to effectively assess investment opportunities and inform decision-making.

Communication Excellence:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for conveying complex ideas to various stakeholders.

Relationship Building:

• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and key stakeholders.

Leadership Experience:

• Track record of effectively managing and leading teams to successful outcomes.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.

Passion and Industry Insight:

• A genuine passion for entrepreneurship and technology, coupled with a nuanced understanding of one or more of the following industries: technology, healthcare, consumer, or fintech.
