Venture Capital Job opportunity as a Receptionist and Admin Support at Gulf Islamic Investments in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Receptionist and Admin Support


· Greeting and handling guests and visitors in a friendly manner

· Managing, screening, and directing calls professionally and taking messages

· Manage inquiries from callers or visiting guests friendly and professionally

· Managing all courier requests, mails and packages

· Support with business travel requests and accommodation requests

· Ensure reception area is presentable and tidy at all times

· Support with managing meetings, guest catering amongst other requests

· Maintain office safety and follow all safety procedures and protocols


· Bachelor’s degree holder

· Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills

· Experience in having worked in a similar role and

· Proficient with MSWord, switchboard, and other office tools
