About Orios Venture Partners
Orios Venture Partners is an Indian Early-Stage Venture Capital firm. Currently investing from our fourth fund, with a focus on tech investments across Fintech, Consumer, B2B, SAAS, DeepTech and Hardware for the Indian market. We are 3 partners who lead investments.
Some of our well-known investments are Pharmeasy, Country Delight, Battery Smart, Zupee, Werize, Beato, Kenko, Nxtwave, Karbon, Ixigo, CarDekho and others.
The fund’s founding team is a set of experienced investors since 2008, and pre Orios investments include OlaCabs, Druva, Faballey, Box8, Unbxd and Jigsee.

Our strategy is to invest in selected companies and work closely with them. As a consequence, each investment lead works with no more than 4 to 6 companies at a time.

Position title – Sr. Analyst / Associate – Investment
Experience – 2 – 4 Years in consulting, VC/PE or startups
Education: MBA from Tier 1 Colleges (IIMA, IIMB, IIMC & ISB)
Location – Gurgaon and Bangalore
Job Description:
Identifying trends & creating future looking investment thesis on spaces.
Sourcing start-ups and identifying the right companies for investment evaluation.
Financial analysis to facilitate the evaluation of potential investments.
Build &maintain relationship within the start-up and the venture capital ecosystem.
Diligent involvement in portfolio company analysis and prospecting activities.
Ability to perform returns analysis and scenario modelling.
Ensuring regular updates of information on current and potential investments.
Creation of both regular and ad hoc reports.
Requirements for the role include:
Prior experience in VC/PE, investment banking, consulting or startups.
Excellent academic background, preferably from top-tier B-Schools (IIMA,IIMB,IIMC & ISB).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must exhibit the ability to establish and nurture relationships with current and potential portfolio companies and investors.
Demonstrated interest in monitoring venture capital and entrepreneurial finance.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
A team player who can collaborate effectively.
