Job Title:
Executive Assistant (EA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. The EA will work closely with our Partners to help manage their schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle administrative tasks. The EA will be a key member of our
team and will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the firm and its portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

Act as a point of contact between the Partners and internal and external stakeholders
Manage calendars and schedules for the Partners, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and travel bookings/arrangements
Conduct research and provide analysis on various topics related to the Firm’s investments and portfolio companies
Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for the Partners
Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, databases, and contact lists
Provide coordination support for Marketing initiatives
Manage firm level email accounts and associated correspondence
Lend support for HR tasks such as staff engagement initiatives, recruitment related coordination etc.
Attend and take minutes at meetings and distribute to relevant parties, and maintain an action tracker
Be in charge of with special projects and events as assigned
Handle general administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, preparing expense reports, and processing invoices
Lend support to team members on a need basis for their travel related logistics for events and/or meetings

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of experience in an executive support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Familiarity with the Indian startup ecosystem and technology landscape is a plus
