Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast–paced environment. The EA will work closely with our Partners to help manage their schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle administrative tasks. The EA will be a key member of our
team and will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the firm and its portfolio companies.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a point of contact between the Partners and internal and external stakeholders
• Manage calendars and schedules for the Partners, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and travel bookings/arrangements
• Conduct research and provide analysis on various topics related to the Firm’s investments and portfolio companies
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for the Partners
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, databases, and contact lists
• Provide coordination support for Marketing initiatives
• Manage firm level email accounts and associated correspondence
• Lend support for HR tasks such as staff engagement initiatives, recruitment related coordination etc.
• Attend and take minutes at meetings and distribute to relevant parties, and maintain an action tracker
• Be in charge of with special projects and events as assigned
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, preparing expense reports, and processing invoices
• Lend support to team members on a need basis for their travel related logistics for events and/or meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in an executive support role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast–paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Familiarity with the Indian startup ecosystem and technology landscape is a plus
