River has raised $40 million (Rs 332 crore) in a Series B funding round led by Japanese automaker Yamaha Motor Co. with participation from existing investors Al-Futtaim Automotive, Lowercarbon Capital, Toyota Ventures, and Tel Aviv-based Maniv Mobility.
