ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT / MANAGER (ACCOUNTS)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as AVP / Manager – Accounts.
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, having around 5- 7 years of experience in Accounts function in midsize corporate.
He/she should have experience in independently handling accounts, taxation & compliances.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in VC / PE / Asset Management Company.
Skills:
We are looking for a person with sound accounting and taxation knowledge, good quantitative skills, leadership qualities and effective communication & interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Overall management and supervision of GVFL and Fund accounting functions in compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
– Review productivity and efficiency of the team with focus on controls and procedures
– Audit of GVFL group companies and Funds
– Budgeting, preparation of financial statements
– Ensure Regulatory & Tax Compliances
– Preparation of MIS of funds, calculation of NAV of funds
– Dealing with custodian / RTA for activities such as issuance, conversion, transfer, redemption of Units etc.
– Investor Reporting and Resolution of Investor Queries
Remuneration:
Remuneration will commensurate with Qualification and Experience of the candidate.
