About Kairon Capital:
Kairon Capital is an early-stage venture capital fund focused on backing resilient, capital-efficient consumer champions in India. We partner with founders building enduring businesses – often quietly, but with sharp execution and strong fundamentals.
We’re hiring an Analyst / Associate (1–3 years experience) to join us in building the fund from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
- Source high-potential early-stage consumer deals
- Deep-dive into financial, operational, and market diligence
- Support in thesis development, pipeline building, and portfolio tracking
- Work directly with the Founder & Managing Partner
- Contribute to internal operations and fund-building from Day 1
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or startup ops
- Strong analytical skills and founder-first mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Genuine interest in consumer brands and entrepreneurship
