A decade after its founders dreamt of putting Noise on the map after writing a successful playbook for the largest bootstrapped D2C brand; the brand announced that it has raised a maiden funding round from global audio giant Bose Corporation. The company revealed that this first-ever strategic investment is part of a larger Series A funding round. The exact amount raised remains undisclosed.
The homegrown smart wearable brand has remained bootstrapped until this investment. The company revealed that through the collaboration of two innovators, Noise aims to reimagine the future of smart wearables; by strengthening research and design to meet evolving consumer preferences in the Indian market.
“This isn’t just about funding; it’s about synergy; two tech giants, united by a passion for innovation, coming together to reimagine the future of smart wearables. Think premium-segment products, cutting-edge tech, and a commitment to democratising the best possible experience; by enabling the adoption of meaningful technology for positive shifts. We’re talking about unlocking new markets, pushing boundaries; and making some serious noise in the world,” shared co-founder Gaurav Khatri in a LinkedIn post.
“As we looked at the opportunity to reach more people with the benefits of our technology in India, investing in Noise became an obvious choice. Their leadership in the wearables category and understanding of their customers will allows us to bring new products to a growing market,” commented Bose senior VP (strategy & business development) Nicholas Smith on the investment.
